FOR EXTERNAL USE
Clorexidine is a disinfectant (polybiguain) with antiseptic action, with a wide spectrum of active action against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and also towards the mycetes. It has a bactericidal action, in fact, by drastically increasing the permeability of the bacterial cell membrane and the subsequent cell death for bacterial or micelle lysis cells.
